The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
I was contacted very quickly by a Hertz rep, and he was able to get me in for a test drive that weekend. Even though I didn’t end up buying the car I was interested in, I would recommend this dealer based on their friendly, professional assistance in my car search.
Tommy is such a wonderful sales man. He saved me from going back to a headache. This is the second car he has helped sell me and I couldn???t be happier. Please go see him if your in a sticky situation. He will do what???s best for you. I promise.
The Honda Salesmen from several dealerships in my area were all very responsive by email providing quotes and answering questions. It made the car purchasing process very easy and fit with my schedule. Didjak Ilunga at Criswell Honda went even further by email offering suggestions based on my interests. When I went in to test drive and purchase based on best price he took his time to demonstrate the "bells and whistles" of the car. Didjak is extremely friendly and low key which I appreciate.
Eddie is easy-going and felt like a friend I've known for awhile. I liked how he wasn't aggressive to sell the vehicle which will cause discomfort doing the business for me. He was opened to options and was willing to help to work out the numbers for the trade-in. Satisfied doing business with Eddie at the end of the day.
Everyone at this location from our sales rep to manager did their utmost to get me the best deal possible. I have a lot of respect for the hardworking employees who went out of their way to ensure a positive experience. I will definitely return in the future.
I went in with a particular vehicle in mind and walked away with that vehicle. What was shocking was the speed of the process. I felt as if the vehicle warranty wasn't explained as well as it should have been. I felt as if the was offered in a passive aggressive way. I wanted to buy it but didn't like the approach in selling it.
I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.

I consistently get exceptional customer service from everyone at Alexandria Toyota's service department. Their caring and professional attitudse makes it a pleasure to take my car in for maintenance. My service point of contact is Mr. Jerry Gerdes and he is absolutely excellent!!! Jerry is knowledgeable about service being provided, patient in explaining the service, realistic about the time estimates for service, informative about service changes required based on unexpected problems identified, attentive to his customers, and he is very personable. He uses these qualities with all of his customers as I have observed him for several years skillfully providing these qualities to us. He makes me feel as if I am the only customer he has as he expeditiously attends to my service requirements with the highest level of skill, efficiency, and professionalism. Jerry is the best and one of the top 3 reasons that I will purchase my next Toyota from Alexandria Toyota.

My service advisor Paul Sonnhalter gave me the most outstanding service that I am compelled to give him and his service department the utmost respect and recommendation that I have ever given to any service department in my over 42 years of driving and owning a car. A job well done to you PAUL SONNHALTER, I will forever be in debt to you.
The Service Department is the best in the area. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. Also the Priority Toyota Service Advisors do not try to sell you something you don't like other dealers I have been to.
I am happy to recommend this dealer for service to anyone who has a Toyota. They are great at customer service and have been honest with me every time I have taken my car for service.
