It was a routine maintenance at 40K. The service manager was very pleasant. I was given a loaner to keep while they do the service. Shen I received a text video from the mechanic on the status and check list they performed, I returned to the shop and my car was also cleaned inside and out. Car was detailed and they worked in time to change the oil and give a safety inspection. Everything was done with perfection and could not have been done any better. Pick-up and drop-off were done when I could be available. Connor reviewed the paperwork in detail and the whole experience was extremely pleasant!
