I sold my Toyota RAV4 and purchased a Volvo XC 60. I have been very pleased with the performance of the car. I have to admit I miss the gas mileage of the Toyota RAV4. Some of the detailing of the interior of the car seen a bit cheap. The first time I used the hood latch the trim around the latch handle came loose.I purchased the car because of the safety reputation and history of Volvo.

After having my mirror glass flew off I called VW of Kirkland and ordered replacement. It came in the next day and I took my car in the filling morning to have it attached. It was done quickly and the service rep was very nice. He even wiped my key, door handles, and inside arm rest area to sanitize!

I have rarely felt a genuine affection for a car. I had a 2013 XC60 before this and technologically, the 2020 is lightyears ahead. You can tell how much thought Volvo put into this car when the Auto Start/Stop feature is so seamless that I have no desire to turn it off. I give all voice commands for everything from climate to Nav to radio so there is no need to take your eye off of the road.

I have a 2015 XC70 purchased from this dealership. All my interactions with the service department have been great. Today (a Friday) Service Advisor Lindsey went above and beyond when I called late in the afternoon with a low battery message when I was just getting ready to go on a road trip. She got me right in (5:00 PM Friday!), service tech checked and changed battery asap and I was out on road. I also watched her provide a very patient explanation to an extremely meticulous customer with some language difficulty prior to me. Really great customer service.

This is by far the most comfortable, best looking, and most enjoyable car I have had. Its interior is serene, beautiful, and a great place to be. I love the look of the car inside and out. Its not a sports car, but then it wasnt designed to be, but it drives great with plenty of power.

Service over the period of 2 Volvos has been better than any other dealer or independent shop over my 50 years of owning cars. I can’t afford a new Volvo, and my slightly used Volvos have been great and satisfying to drive.

I first contacted Sandberg Volvo on a Friday morning, but our search began many days before. My wife and I previously owned a XC60 and we were set on the new Recharge Extended Range. We searched all dealers in WA, ID and OR looking for the best package and price. These models are limited and we expected a different experience than when we bought our first Volvo when the market was “normal.” Friday morning I combed the 250 mile dealer radius (we live in Olympia) and found a model we had not seen at any other dealer; a Polestar Engineered. Assuming this was ordered, pre-sold, or not available, I inquired about it through their automated buying process. Just before the dealership opened I received an email from sales consultant Fouad Fares and within minutes we were texting and conversing on the phone. Fouad and manager Bill Tapscott tailored the deal, we drove up the next day and the entire process was simple, transparent and by far the best car buying experience. All the staff were friendly and DJ in finance was also a pleasant surprise. We never felt pressured, all of our questions were answered and we left feeling a little bewildered because it was not at all what we expected in the best way. The only downside to the whole process was the drive from Olympia to Lynnwood. It was worth it and the drive back was amazing in our new XC60 Polestar Engineered Extended Range! My wife & I purchased a 2021 XC40 Inscription and a 2021 XC60 Inscription. We like these cars so much we have a sign in our garage that reads, "Volvo Parking Only". We've had a lot of excellent cars in our lives, but the Volvos to this point have been very impressive and the safety technology helped prevent us from being in accidents at least twice in less than a year. With all of the traffic today you can't get too much safety technology. We've had 1 car serviced and it took us less than 1 hour and the service director was efficient and personable. Sandberg Volvo Cars means to please and that is obvious.

I had the great fortune of contacting Damon at Sandberg Volvo Cars. We had a telephone conversation about my likes, dislikes, must haves and nice to haves to help him dial-in on the car I was looking for. (AWD sedan, new or CPO in my price range). We set an appointment and he had a couple options for me to look at when I arrived. He was very interested in my criteria and answered all of my questions. He was very supportive and engaged in his customers' satisfaction (myself and my husband, who came in later).
