The sales members treated me politely and we're NOT pushy at all. Pricing was transparent and they worked hard to make then pricing attractive. The service members are very kind and helped me out get the right options and accessories. They also we're very accommodating to my work schedule.

The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
I bought a new Volt. The sales reps were not able to answer some of my questions and when the car was picked up it was still dirty with scuff marks. There was glue on the inside of the window from the sticker.

We appreciate the time and patience that Steve Lewis gave us while selecting a car at Elliott Bay Motors. Unfortunately I have some disabilities that makes car shopping a bit more challenging. I worked with Tavo and Beth in Lynnwood Honda and we had a very good experience in the dealership. They showed many vans and there was no pressure. They were happy to show the prime price even when we didn't bring our trade-in car. We were very happy with the first day's experience and we came back to buy the car. There was no accessories that were added and they were happy to give us what we asked for. Overall a pleasant experience and I will work with Tavo and Beth again. Oh the service shop really needs to improve. I bought a new xc90 2018 from sandberg volvo; it was a loaner and interiors were smelling bad. Sales guys promised that car will be detailed and there would not be any trace of foul smell. I took the delivery on 10/10/2018 and that foul smell was replaced by another smell that kept giving me migrane. I went back to sandberg and they worked on that odor to replace it with another bad odor that didnt give me migrane but my wife wouldnt sit in the car or take it out with her friends feeling ashamed of that odor. It has been almost a month now and sandberg has still not resolved it. I love the car but find volvo service totally unacceptable. would not recommend others. Such a fine car but poor volvo service is doing a favor to its competition.
I received excellent service today from Winston Felix, who was recommended to me by a friend who also got excellent service. I got a good deal on a newer model with low mileage. Satisfied customer. I recommend Winston and Sandberg. We worked together since July with multiple visits to find what I needed. NO pressure, felt comfortable. Patience has paid off.
The woman that checked me in took the time to show me how to work a few things on the car. She was also very thorough, efficient and personable. Work was done in the time they said. Lots of good snacks to munch on. Workspace was available to spread out and work on the project I brought. There were things to help pass the time - TV, reading material. I felt confident the work was done professionally and well.
