Excellent car but serious design flaw for towing

By far best interior, exterior, ride comfort but no manual overide to change gear to neutral or disengage parking brakes for towing when batteries dead. In 6 months from purchase barreries died while my car was in my garage face in, in parking gear with parking brakes on while connected with hybrid charging cable. This car has to be flatbed towing due to air suspension. Car was finally towed by the 5th toe provider sent by Volvo emergency roadside assistance and still sustained damage. Only option by towing company was to drag my car out of the garage while in parking gear with parking brakes engaged and then further drag it on to the flat bed tow truck. Good thing that after the refusal of the 3rd tow provider my dealership service manager came to my house and dis engaged the parking brakes and put my car in neutral so it could be towed and still there was damage.
This car has $80k sticker. In my opinion a serious design flaw, unreliable Volvo roadside assistance which I later found out is a third party provider contracted by Volvo. They had no idea that this car can not be towed any other way but flatbed. Yes, this was Volvo roadside not AAA......
Bottom line great car as long as the batteries do not die
