road noise is unbearable for long drives. been in the shop now for new breaks at 20,000 km. transition issues and all around unconfutable ride. neve to buy a caddy again of a gm product. they should give everyone back their money for them

I purchased this car last year and the first few months

I purchased this car last year and the first few months everything was perfect. Then I noticed it began to shift gears roughly, now it feels like everytime I accelerate (even from stopped) the transmission slips. The electrical system is trash!! I’m paying for the usage of the MyCadillac App and WiFi and have not been able to use for the past month. OnStar won’t even connect through the car. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and still nothing. When using Apple Car Play, mid-song it will switch to a completely different song on a different playlist. Pre-programmed drivers seat and mirrors won’t even adjust properly when I get in the car!! Super frustrating to say the least. Very disappointing for my first experience with Cadillac and a Premium Luxury one at that.

Transmission flaring issues at super low kms, non stop computer issues. I have never in my life time had so many deale repair visits and non stop issues with a vehicle. Looks nice, but its an over priced lemon.
