I bought an 2019 xt4 7 months ago and all it has been doing is causing problems. I have major regrets about buying the vehicle and am looking for ways to get out of my situation of owning one. Ive had the check engine light on for a couple of weeks and spent 1k to fix it but each time more problems arise and more work has to be done to it. I do not suggest.

I purchased a 2019 xt4 sport with less than 25k mi. Was in the shop a week later for a rattling sound around 65-70 mi like something is shaking or loose. The seat is like it's too short for my legs and I'm a fm 5' 3" tall. They took care of the expense seeming I only had it a day. The cargo is small compared to the xt4 of course that i had. I think the dealer got over on me and I fault myself for not doing my homework on the vehicle. It still had a warranty and I purchased an extended warranty. BUT!!! I DO NOT RECCOMMEND anyone buy this car. Cadillac failed on this one after owning a xt5. Other than that the car is running and driving good so far. It's been a week that I had it back in my.possession. I'm praying this car serve me well despite the small issues and comfort. I wish I could return it without running my credit. But in a year I want to trade it in.

Just bought a 2023 Genesis GV60, my XT4 lease is up and will be dropping it off. So glad to be rid of the road noise, and engine noise. Took the car to service dept for bad breaks and a clunking sound coming from the left rear of vehicle. Was told pretty much i didnt know what i was talking about. Was so excited to get the XT4 but was very disappointed soon after papers were signed. I will never buy another Cadillac. If you looking for an XT4, stop! Way better cars out there for what you will be spending.
