Scheduled 10k Mike maintenance and arrived in time. I was out the door in just over an hour! Last time was almost 2 1/2 hours and I was not happy. Big smile this time!

Won't fix a malfunctioning AC (under warranty) because they are.unable to replicate the issue. We even showed the dealer a video. Instead of helping us they said we should buy extended warranty or upgrade to one of their nicer cars. This wasn't our first nissan, but it will be our last. Toyota, here we come!

I had the worst experience with Chris Fields, the Nissan

I had the worst experience with Chris Fields, the Nissan Finance manager. He made several mistakes on the contract and then then put in the wrong numbers and made the pay off incorrect. I am so disgusted with him and Nish and not any good follow up. It would be a good thing to call me back because I’m going to write Many bad reviews. I’ve had to pay $967 extra because they didn’t pay the pay off on my car that I traded in. My name is Candace Pucci. My phone number is 925-366-9555.
