The staff was friendly, and I appreciated that they were able to fit me in last minute. However, I'm giving 3 stars because they recommended a service that turned out to be unnecessary. They replaced my car battery—which was only 2 years old—when the real issue was just a faulty clip. Unfortunately, this wasn't discovered until after the battery was already replaced, and I ended up paying $380 for something that wasn't actually needed.

Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I purchased a certified used car from Grapevine Nissan and paid in full, only to hear the front tires squeaking the moment I drove off the lot. That issue alone cost $500 to fix. Just two weeks later, I had to pay another $2,400 to repair an oil leak and replace a faulty cooling fan. The service team at the second dealership told me there was no way Grapevine Nissan wasn't aware of these issues when they sold me the car. On top of that, this dealership uses classic bait-and-switch tactics. I drove all the way from Austin based on an online price that they also confirmed over the phone. But once I arrived, they raised the price by $4,000. When I asked how they could do that after I had traveled so far, their response was simply, “That’s just business.” In the end, I paid $2,000 more than the listed price, and after unexpected repairs, the total cost ended up being higher than what other dealerships were charging for the same make PS: My biggest mistake, other than not reading the negative reviews as their rating was 4.5 at the time, was paying cash in full, and no warranty, which I'm still glad I did not purchase because after this experience, they probably would have said the issues that were wrong with the car was not covered under warranty.
