I have been doing business with this dealership for 13
I have been doing business with this dealership for 13 years now. Saturday was a disappointment in that what was once a great place to get my vehicle serviced has become a den of thieves. I had bought tires from them years ago with the understanding that I would get free tire rotation as long as I owned the tires. On Saturday, when I asked them to rotate the tires, they said that it was going to cost me $25. I got them to deduct the $25 charge for rotation, but they told me that I would have to pay the charge in the future. When I reminded them of their promise to rotate the tires for free, they told me that they could no longer honor their commitment. I was also there for an oil change. The crooks wanted to charge me $190 for an oil change because they had included all kinds of add ons and up charges that I didn’t ask for nor did I agree to. I got them to claw back some of those charges, but I still drove out of there after paying $148 for an oil change. The dealership looks like it’s a dead or dying dealership as there is not even a fraction of the foot traffic that I have seen there in the last dozen plus years.of going there. They don’t have many vehicles on the lot for sale (both new and used). I guess they have decided to make money by xxxxxx people with service charges I’m really quite disappointed with this dealership. As I have said, I have been doing business with them for 13 years and I always found them to give good service at fair prices. They have a totally different group of people running the place from when I was last there. This group of people and their thievery have destroyed any trust I ever had for this business. I had to rate this place as one star only because I didn’t have the option of rating them as zero stars.
