Non existent service at Lupient Infinity

I called 7 times in 2 days to ask a question about warranty for brake work on a 2019 QX60. Have not received any calls, the receptionist said she would make sure service called, I left messages in service to return my call. No response-incredibly disappointed.

Excellent and prompt service!

Basic service work done quicker that I expected and my rep at Lupient was Andy and he explained all that was done and what was needed.......excellent service!

The service consultants Moe and Michael at Lupient...

The service consultants Moe and Michael at Lupient Infiniti always provide outstanding customer service and advice whether I have needed routine maintenance or major repair/replacements for my 2012 G37x. They take the time to answer my MANY questions and provide different options if I can’t afford a service immediately. They are super friendly and I know they will fit me in right away when I need service. I highly recommend Lupient Infiniti service! Thanks guys!

Andy Rushing/Service consultant is awesome. Again he...

Andy Rushing/Service consultant is awesome. Again he helped me when I had a key fob issue. He had my issue fixed in less than 5 minutes, I had a new battery in fob (which caused problem on Saturday morning) and I was on my way home. Thank you Andy...thank you Lupient for having such an AMAZING employee. That is truly what brings people back. Everyone always greets me with a smile.
