Very friendly and very accomodating. I really appreciate the patience they showed to me even though i was there late in to the evening. I never once felt pressured to purchase or get the heck out of there. I also really like the extras the dealership offers, such as the free oil changes for life. That's such a huge bonus for me! I would, and have, recommended this dealer.

I changed to Castle due to my past, very unpleasant experiences with the dealer from which I purchased my vehicle and could not have made a better choice. The team at Castle understands the true meaning of customer service, which in today's world is often completely overlooked by most companies. They stand behind their service and should be very proud of the work they do.

Sorry for the late review. But I just want to say my experience with your dealership and sales person was great. Danny was very honest and fair with me and made me feel very relaxed about buying my car. I will diffinitly buy my next car from castle chevrolet again, which I always get another car every 5 yrs. And look forward to having you guys do some after market mods to my grill on my Impala like the one you guys did on the one on your show room floor. I have been helping my son buy his first car (pre-owned) for the past 2 months. He did lots of research on the internet, we discussed what he found and his ideas. We made a lot of phone calls and visited several "possible buys". He had a good idea of what he wanted and I guided him on finding a "quality used car". He had to work within a budget. Finding "what you like", "great quality", "at a very good price".....it's kind of like looking for a needle in a haystack. WE FOUND THE NEEDLE! My son got a great looking car which is in outstanding shape. The outside is almost flawless and the interior is unbelieveably clean. Lifted the hood, crawled under the car with a flashlight...no drips, no leaks, clean and dry. Drove it around, excellent quality. Not only that, but it was within the budget that my son and I had discussed, AND actually, about $1,500-$2,000 less than I thought it would take to buy that kind of quality. Nice looking. Best quality. Best Price. We had been actively looking for over 2 months. One other topic...the people at Castle Chevrolet. From start to finish, I worked with 3 gentlemen, all outstanding! Dave Calvillo started it off with our phone conversation. Friendly, straight forward, honest; he answered everything I wanted to know and explained the options he could give me reagarding the vehicle we called about. He called while I was driving there(we live 180 miles away)and and asked how my trip was going and asked if I needed assistance finding the dealership; no one else has ever done that. When I got there, Dave introduced me to Daniel Brasil, the sales consultant who would work with me. Nice, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, composed, easy to talk to, interested in more that just the sale, found the answer if he didn't know, considerate. Nice person, very nice! Daniel helped me get the car bought, then made a smooth transition to Edwin Mateo, who made the final paperwork process a breeze. Ed explained some things I wasn't aware of and made himself completely available if I had any questions on finace or warranty options. I shook everyone's hands, walked outside and thought to myself...What a Class Operation! My son is happy, my wife is happy, that makes me very, very happy! Thanks Castle!!

Overall we had a very satisfying experience at Castle Chevrolet. We were greeted by Ernest when we arrived at Castle who were very friendly and showed us to park our car near the entrance. He is knowledgeable, friendly and listens to the customer. The staffs here are very pleasant to work with and they are not pushy. We enjoyed the experience at Castle and bought our new car here. We'd like to recommend this dealer.

Upon entering your establishment we were met by Ryan. He has a great personality, and is very polite. Our test ride was very pleasant, not only because the rendezvous was a great ride, but because he is so friendly and easy to comunicate with. While we were trying to get the price reduced and make a deal, Ryan remained very professional. His knowledge, was very helpful and he made our overall experience great.

One of my better car buying experiences. Was simple and straight forward on price and for my trade in. Loved the fact when was buying and going over price I didn't have to meet the manager and haggle over price. Was quoted 1 price and said no this is what I am willing to pay and he came back with done.

Overall I had an excellent experience at Castle Chevrolet. The sales staff was very friendly and not pushy, and I was very satisfied with the final price we negotiated. Buying a car is still work, but I had a much easier time at Castle than some other places. Honestly I couldn't ask for much more from a dealership.

We treated great as soon as I walked in the door. Talked to the Sales Manager, Pete, first and he was 100% honest about everything and truly wanted me to get the best deal. He guided me to his Teddy, Sales Consultant, and he was a funny guy that had a huge smile on his face the whole time. Like any dealership they start off with high numbers in interest, but if you do your research about rates your good to go. To end it I talked to the finance Director, Edwin,and he was very informative and made everything easy. I'd DEFINITELY recommend them!

they where very professional, they explain detail by detail on what the cars has. they where also very understanding of my financial situation and they where willing to work w me to the point that i was very sattisfied. so overall excelent and ill be working with you guys in the future.
