I was skeptical at first, but Jonathan Medina quickly put

I was skeptical at first, but Jonathan Medina quickly put me at ease. He was outgoing, but not pushy. He allowed me to fully inspect the vehicle at my pace. He was very forthcoming about the vehicle and very reasonable negotiating the price for the vehicle. Felt very comfortable with him and the other sales staff. The process was seamless. Very happy with the purchase. Would recommend them to anyone.

Facilities are clean. Car checked by CS rep. Anything needed beyond routine is discussed with you. Kept informed of progress on repairs. Everyone is courteous.

After receiving an invitation in the mail, we were contacted by Linda, who was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand our situation and helped us consider whether buying a car after bankruptcy was the right step. Her guidance was thoughtful and never pushy. When we visited the dealership, Kevin took over and exceeded our expectations. I had some hesitation due to our financial past, but Kevin was patient, professional, and informative. He clearly explained how purchasing a vehicle could help us begin rebuilding our credit and finally get out of a costly car rental situation. What impressed us most was Kevin?s genuine commitment to our needs. He didn?t try to steer us toward just any vehicle?he helped us find the right one for us. He also worked hard to secure the best possible financing available. The entire process, including the paperwork, was smooth and stress-free thanks to his outstanding support team. Although I don?t remember every staff member?s name, I won?t forget how respectfully and kindly we were treated throughout. At Castle Chevy, we never felt like just another number. The team made us feel valued and respected. That?s why I?m giving them a well-deserved 5-star rating.

Excellent service Tony F had everything scheduled.Antonio picked up at finish.Extremely busy cars everywhere!!! Owen tech re battery showed me gauge however I opted for new one.Owen repaired my phone and patiently showed me how to do this!!! So thankful for the respect to female seniors and ALL!!! Castle please keep up the Great work!!!

By far one of the worst businesses Ive ever had to deal

By far one of the worst businesses Ive ever had to deal with. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ive had issues from day 1 of purchasing the vehicle. Waited nearly two months on a part that they assured me was going to take a couple days to get. Finally got the part in, scheduled an appt today friday July 11th. Drove an hour and a half, using half my gas tank. Got to my appt at 1pm, at 2pm, after waiting an entire hour while they were supposedly servicing my vehicle, they come and tell me that they actually dont have the correct parts. Infact itll be another week or two before it comes in, supposedly. Wasted 5 hours of my day and all I got to show for it were the grease and oil stains and footprints they left in the bed of my brand new truck which really pissed me off. Unacceptable and terrible business theyre running over there. Left and had to drive another hour and a half using nearly another half tank of gas. Dont do business here. For the love of god, go somewhere else.
