I shopped around at least six Chevy dealers who wouldn't...

I shopped around at least six Chevy dealers who wouldn't even give me the time of day due to my chapter 13.My father in law heard about my experience and recommended Castle Chevrolet,that's where he and my sister in-law bought there cars.I called and spoke to Mike the finance manager who right away answered my question about my bankruptcy, Mike told me he could help me get a car. At first I dealt with Ivan who was very helpful and made me and my wife feel comfortable.I was in a hurry to get my info to my trustee and came in on Ivans day off,so Mike introduced me to Ryan Sitter who also took time to show me the G-6 that was in my budget.I got the info I needed and sent it to my trustee which took 2 more weeks before I got the ok....I called Ryan back but the car was sold and he quickly found another G-6 for me on 4/23/11.Ryan,Ivan and Mike treated me with respect and patience,most of all great customer service. Me and my wife had a few problems with the car the same day before we left Castle Chevrolet,the car battery died out and Ivan told me not to worry and had service take care of the issue,they gave me a new battery that was awesome.I came in on Monday to hand in some paperwork and my engine light was on so Ryan took care of it along with service dept.I know used cars have problems but when it's taken care of with no hassle,"NOW THAT'S A GREAT FEELING OF TRUST" Thank you very much from the Hernandez family!!!!!!

Ivan Vujovic & Michael Jackson (xxM) got it done great suv and treatment no pressure free car wash and oil change for life yuo cant beat the you gotta save where you can now a days I will definetly be a repeat shopper plus I am refering them with out a second thought

What a great place to do business. I had dealt with other dealers that same day. When I got to Castle I was provide with a great price on a new equinox and a generous offer for my trade. Once the deal was done, they got my paperwork done quickly and I was on my way. I couldn't believe how easy the deal was. I would recommend Castle to anyone who is looking for a great deal and is looking to deal with friendly, knowledgable people. Mark

I greatly appericate the detail and knowledge that Ryan puts into a customers experience. This is my second new vehicle I have bought with Castle Chevy and am pleased with the results. Ryan sold both vehicles and without a doubt is one of the reasons why I came back to buy another vehicle. Tom Broderick another key person that makes customer service a priority making this dealership what it is.

I don't know if the other positive ratings are true or...

I don't know if the other positive ratings are true or not but I got treated like crap. Mike from internet sales lied to me about the car I was going to buy. We found a chevy that was decently priced with the options we needed. I talked to Mike and he assured me this car was available and asked me to come and see it. I convinced myself and my wife that it was a good deal for us and when we went there after 5 hours, they said the car was sold. They wanted us to buy something$ 3000 more than what we intended for. I think it is their way of false advertising and cheating on people by bringing them in by whatever crook ways they can.

The best experience I have ever had making a vehichle...

The best experience I have ever had making a vehichle purchase/lease. Ryan was extremely knowledgable, professional and easy to work with. I had my mind set on a Toyota Camry but had been admiring the Chevy Malibu so stopped in for a test drive and to see the leasing options available, but honestly I really had no intention of walking away with the Malibu. Ryan was not pushy, he didn't slam Toyota (a big turn off in my book when salespeople slam the competition) I had been looking for a new car for the past two weeks and was so fed up with the games, and back and forth tactics with other dealerships. None of that went on at Castle Chevrolet. Ryan simply pointed out from top to bottom all the fantastic things about the Malibu and Chevrolet and I was able to make up my own mind that the Malibu was the way to go. I'm VERY happy with my decision and would highly recommend this dealership and Ryan as a sales person. I also really appreciated the ease when it came time to pick up the vehicle. I moved through the process quickly and all my questions were answered. A fantastic experience. Well done Castle Chevrolet! Sincerely, Amy Woodley

Great experience! David Calvillo was helpful online and Joe Ceplecha was fantastic to work with at the dealership. The car I purchased is what I was looking for and I am happy with the price. Castle chevy was able to meet with a good rate for financing and the warranty extension was perfect.

I really enjoyed my experience at Castle. From the first minute I felt that I was taking care of. They asked me what I was looking for and even though they didn't have the car I was looking for (a specific blue Camero) they brought one from another dealer next day for me and I am very happy. The guys were great and they gave me a great deal!!! Thank you Castle Chevrolet!

Castle Chevrolet has a big variety of inventory to choose from. I, in particular, had my eye on a Chevy Malibu for quit some time. And sure enough as soon as I drove into Castle Chevrolet, there it was. Teddy Mariithi, the sales consultant, approached me with a great big smile and hand shake. I explained to him that I have a tight budget and would like his assistance in finding a slightly used Chevy Malibu. Teddy was more than happy to assist me. When searching the inventory, we spotted my future car. Very low miles, practically new with a descent price tag. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, I'm thinking.... But there was just one small problem... It was not within my budget, especailly with gas prices being so high. Teddy Mariithi is a master mind. With a little arm twisting and mathematical solutions, I, a happy customer, drove out with my BLUE CHEVY MALIBU! I'm so happy they worked with me. Recommend them highly.

Ivan was EXCELLENT! He was friendly, personable and not...

Ivan was EXCELLENT! He was friendly, personable and not pushy at all. It took me hours to make up my mind and he was patient with me, even when it was closing time. I really appreciate him spending so much time with me answering my questions and putting my mind at ease at spending so much money. I have already told my family that if they ever need a car to go see Ivan!
