I drove 180 miles to purchase a vehicle that I had found...

I drove 180 miles to purchase a vehicle that I had found online. When we got there to test drive it the vehicle was filthy and the service engine light was alarming...they were not going to do anything about this until I signed the paper work to purchase the vehicle. After hours of negotiating they would not service the vehicle but did agree to extend the warranty so that I could take care of it on my own. The problems with the dealership came weeks after the purchase when the payoff was not sent to my bank. I was lied to twice and was told the check was cut and that it had been sent overnite to my bank...this never happened. Every time I called to talk with someone I was put through to 4-5 people before anyone would deal with it. The last time I talked with Maria in the office she said she had sent the check fedex on a Friday and in fact Fedex was not contacted until Monday afternoon, after I had called AGAIN.It was embarrassing for me and my bank to be lied to by Edmund and Maria and for my payoff to not be sent out for 3 weeks after the original purchase. Not satisfied, not worth the drive, not impressed, Never Again!

This was a big deal for me. I have had my car for 6 years, so buying another car was questionable. But looking up Castle Chevy online I just fell in love with there pricing and what they offer to their customers. Been looking for a car for a while and this was the best decision I made. Thanks Danny at Castle Chevy

We have never bought a car the same day we shopped for it. But Ivan made the experience so easy and pleasurable, and the financing was so amazing, we went home with a new car. Everyon was friendly, the deal could not be beat anywhere and the 1.9% interest rate was unthought of. Thanks for making us love a dealership - what a change after 40! years of shopping!! Already told friends and family about you!!

Our experience with Castle Chervolet was great. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and Teddy was very helpful and worked to get us just that. The price was in the range we were looking to spend. Teddy was very friendly and knowledgable of the vehicle we set out to purchase. I would recommend Teddy to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. This is the second vehicle I purchase from Castle and will continue to do so.

I went to Castle Chevy to look at a used 2010 Chevy...

I went to Castle Chevy to look at a used 2010 Chevy Camaro and I ended up leaving with a 2011 Chevy Camaro! David Calvillo was very quick to respond to my emails when I had questions and concerns. Ryan Sitter is great! He is not one of those pushy salesman who will do anything to sell any car. He knows a lot about the cars that he sales. I have already reccommended Castle Chevy to family and friends!

I was very satisfied with my Castle service. Some women...

I was very satisfied with my Castle service. Some women may feel intimadated with the negotiations, not me. Ryan was an excellent sales person, I knew what kind of car I wanted and the process was seamless. Michael and Tom were great also. They were all professional, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I asked a lot of questions and they all explained to me in an un-rushed polite manner. The whole atmosphere at Castle was pleasant and it was neat and clean. During the waiting period I was offered refreshments. I have purchased several new cars before and this was a good experience on not being pressured for something I was not interested in. I also want to thank the owner/manager of Castle for treating your employees respectful, the moral in an office starts at the top and is reflected down, it shows good office morale. The website is the best of any car dealer, I virtually looked at the car I wanted and the details all from the comfort of my home. I traveled a great distance to purchase my car from Castle. Thank You

First car purchase was a success! Thrilled with my purchase and the with the knowledge and assistance of Clemente. He was able to answer any and all questions and made my visits to the dealership very pleasant. Purchase of the vehicle was seamless- I recommend Castle to anyone!

I would like to commend James Melone and Katie Doogan for their exceptional customer service they provided to me while my car was being serviced. They kept me informed about the status of my vehicle on a daily basis. They thoroughly explained the measures and procedures that were being taken to ensure that my vehicle would be operating as it should. They were very patient and helpful. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.

Rosa Martinez who was my sales rep. understood what i needed and at the price i was looking for, she worked with me and helped me choose the right truck for my needs and all within the price range i was looking for, over all im completly satisfied with the service, help and atention i recieved at Castle Cherolet

As the economy remains in flux the customer can only look for the best value possible now a days. I realize that every one has to make a dollar but as a customer I have to save one as well. Customer service is a tremendous part of value to me. The folks at Castle held themselves accountable on a service issue of mine and not only performed their work professionally but assisted me in saving dollars for the future. That's a great value in my estimation. That's why I have no reservations in take my vehicles to a dealership with that kind of commitment to service.
