They tried to do a switch of a vehicle they were selling

They tried to do a switch of a vehicle they were selling us. They showed us one with a premium sound system then tried to sell one without it

My experience was good.

My experience was good. I know they can be better. Tony was great, a little lack of communication and delay from the team regarding my service. However, things got sorted and they made sure I had a loaner and I picked up my vehicle the next day.

Going to be honest, when I walked in and no one greeted

Going to be honest, when I walked in and no one greeted us, or not having anyone at the front desk was slightly disappointing. The staff at the parts department was just looking at us without saying a word to us. But after one of the employees let us know that the sales people were in a meeting and one would come and help us in just a minute. Then came Jack. Jack was very helpful in 1. Finding the perfect fit car for us 2. Getting us a FANTASTIC deal on our car 3. Making us feel valued and important Overall I can’t say enough good things about Jack and Nick in Finance! 100% ask for Jack to help you find your dream car!
