We were contacted by Ervin about a special offer they had in February. Easy and stress free process of trading in our car and upgrading to a newer Es350. He got us the best deal on the car we wanted. Very honest and respectful gentleman. It was a great experience working with him.

I was a little nervous looking for a car to lease.

I was a little nervous looking for a car to lease. Fred Yeo, at Lexus of Glendale, patiently walked me through, step by step, everything I needed to know in leasing a car. He pretty much answered a lot of my questions before I even asked. He made decision process a BREEZE! To top it off, paper work was done in 15 minutes. WOW! I'm not kidding, but the best part was the great leasing deal he got me! Thank you, Fred!

Every person I spoke to was extremely kind and helpful, especially given how busy they were. Only snafu was that I had to follow up multiple times because the parts department never notified me when my parts arrived, and was quoted different amounts when speaking to different representatives. Always going to be my main deal ship though!
