I took my car in for the 15,000 miles service.

I took my car in for the 15,000 miles service. Waited in the customer lobby area for about an hour and a half. I was surprised at the how fast they got done with my car. I have been to other lexus dealer and have waited for longer period of time for just an oil change. Will definitely be going back for future services. Thank you guys keep up the good work.

I received excellent service from this dealer both before and after bringing my car in. The service advisor was knowledgeable and professional and I was provided with a Lyft ride both home and back to the dealership.

The service was top notch from the minute I pulled into

The service was top notch from the minute I pulled into the service driveway. I was promptly greeted and told that a service advisor would be with me momentarily. My service advisor was friendly and went over the his service recommendation and explained his rationale for it as opposed to the one I had selected. He promptly checked me in. The waiting lounge was very comfortable and well stocked with beverages, magazines, and computers to use, if necessary. I was regularly updated via text, and when it was time to pick up my car, the process was as simple and straightforward as when I dropped the car off.
