great financing options ,i visited few other dealers before i purchased my car from santa monica rover and none of them could come close to Santa Monica rover with the way they treated me ,i got a excellent deal and despite my less than perfect credit they secured me a great financing

i bought a 2006 range rover sport in January 2009 and have not had any problem with this car ,i recently traded this vehicle for a newer range rover at Santa Monica rover and i was completely caught by surprise, they almost paid for my trade at the face value i paid for in 2009 ,they have the best prices and selection please give all your business to them they are great dealership

i visited and purchased a 2003 range rover in January 2013 i have had the best experience of purchasing cars ever,they treated me with respect and they were very honest with me ,Santa Monica rover secured my financing despite my credit is less than perfect

real deal
These guys are the real deal. Since getting a great deal on a range rover sport 7 months ago, I have not had any problems whatsoever. Hornburg dealerships are all scummy and ask way too much. Cameron has assisted me in purchasing an extended warranty for both my rover and my Audi. THE place to go for a used Rover in LA.

So Unhappy with Santa Monica Rover!
I purchased a vehicle from Santa Monica Rover in November 2012. The day we came to sign the paper work and drive the car away I noticed that the back windshield was separating from the convertible top. I pointed this out right away (before the contract was even signed) and Fred told me that it would be repaired anytime I want to bring it back at no charge to me, of course. He stated it would only take a couple hours. I asked him about the other parts on the vehicle Specifically the brakes and tires. Fred told me that the mechanic checks over the entire vehicle and makes sure ALL parts are above 50%. I brought the car back the next night after work. I was told it was too late for them to fix the window. The following weekend I brought the car in. They informed me that they can't do it on the weekends. It had started to rain for about a week straight and the whole inside of the car was covered in water and mold had begun to grow on the inside of the convertible top. I have no where to park this vehicle out of the elements. Finally I was able to Schedule a time they would be available. I picked the car 8 hrs later per their request. When i arrived the glue was still wet and the window and convertible top were being held together by a thin piece of blue tape. The very next day the top had separated from the top AGAIN. I called Fred and informed him this had happened. He told me the only way it can be fixed is to buy a whole new top. The glass is factory heat sealed. WHAT!!!! I'm so angry that they didn't tell me this from the beginning. I would have never bought a vehicle with a broken window and one that would cost over $1000 to replace!! I'm still dealing with this very frustrating issue. I have called Santa Monica Rover so many times asking to speak to so many different people hoping that someone would fix this huge problem that they sold me. They always tell me to call back and ask for someone else. They promised it would be repaired by them and they have not done it. Gets better...... After only having the vehicle for 5 months I got a flat tire on the highway. AAA comes and informs me that my two front tires are so bad on the inside that the wire is showing through. These are specialty tires so they are a bit more expensive. $260. for 2 front tires. They checked my back tires and found that I have the same problem there as well. These were not sold to me at more than 50% working condition. I'm very upset with this dealership and every opportunity I get I make sure to inform people of where NOT to buy a vehicle!!!!!!! All I wanted was for them to stay true to their word and fix my window!!!!

great dealership
This review is three years late but still relevant!... I bought my (ex) beloved sweet ride from here almost three yrs ago to the day. My range rover was one of the best cars I've ever had & I finally just had to let it go yesterday. I had to give xxxxxxto santa monica rover (& in particular, camran , if he's still there!) for sucha great car. If you're looking for a used lot w/ reliable cars, I would definitely recommend santa monica rover

I found the car I wanted great price. I live out of state so had a limited time in Santa Monica. Viewed 8 cars over Labor day weekend diffrent dealerships and by far their approach won me over sure I could have went to a big lot dealer and got a "free" IPAD or something but you all know there is nothing free in life. I couldn't be happier with my car and would certainly go back. It's hard now days to find a dealership who stands on their products
