Not Happy! Don't go here! WARNING!

I'm not sure why there are so many positive reviews because I had a terrible experience here. They wouldn't even let me test drive ANY of the cars. I just could sit in them. The salesman told me that I had to make and offer and come to an agreement of the price I was going to buy it for before I could even test drive it!!! Hmmm what?!?! That's insane, the whole purpose of buying a car is seeing what it feels like to drive. Then they told me they couldn't let me drive because they were short staffed and I had to make an appointment. There was absolutely no one on the lot looking at cars and there was two people working. It was just excuse after excuse and I couldn't handle it anymore. I will not buy any cars from them! They were just terrible to work with. STAY AWAY!!

dear guest we do not sell a new range rovers and your wishes were to purchase a new cars ,it did not made sense to take a used range rover out of showroom to see how it feels like specialy at the times we were short handed ,since you are not looking to purchase a pre-owned we will be more than happy to test dive any vehicles once you have made a decision to purchase a pre-owned

Exceptional Service and Great Value

I purchased a 2011 Range Rover Sport HSE Luxury and could not be happier with the service from Santa Monica Rover (now Santa Monica SUV's) The sales person was Andy - he was excellent - very, very patient and not al all pushy. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave me sound, impartial advice on the various cars that suited my budget. I made three separate visits before I made a decision! Camran is a senior manager who handles the paperwork and finance. I took out a little finance for 12 months and he arranged this with no fuss. After I left the dealership I noticed a mistake on the paperwork and informed Camran. He replied immediately to resolve the genuine oversight and could not have been more helpful or courteous.... arranging for a new contract with no fuss! Be wary of the poor reviews on here: I am very critical of all things customer service and can say that this business is well run and prides itself on customer service. What a shame more satisfied customer can't be more motivated to give accurate feedback! Thank you Camran and Andy....when the time is right I will definitely be back for my next Range Rover (Supercharged next time!)

great first experience with used car dealership

This was my first experience with any car dealerships. I had no idea what I was doing, but luckily the salesman who assisted me, andy, was helpful in every way possible. With a few roadblocks, I was still able to leave with a car of my own because andy did all he could to help me. Initially I was scared because I always hear horrible stories about salesmen and their scam tactics, but in no way did I ever experience this. I'm so thankful for what he's done for me and will definitely be returning when I'm ready for a new car! I'd definitely recommend the salesman, and dealership(Santa Monica Suvs) if you're looking for someone who looks out for you interest as well. So happy with my new car!!

Large land rover selection

I bought my land rover 7 months ago and waited to see how my car functions before I left a review . I bought a 2004 land rover discovery and it's been a wonderful car . No problems at all . The sales persons were all great and all helped me . Apparently. the don't work on commission and they make sure you get service. The dealership looks very professional and neat

THEY MADE MY CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EASY

where can i start ?from first i got there to the end when they handed me the key to my range rover was as pleasant ,smooth experience as can get .it took total of 15 minutes to do the paperwork and i was out of there ,next day the owner camran called to ask me how my visit was and it made me more confident about them thank you very much camran

excellent customer service and prices

I purchased a land rover discovery from Santa Monica rover a month ago and I wanted to wait to see how my car preformed before I wrote a review, I actually had a little problem with the navigation system and I took it back to camran the owner at the dealer, he was extremely helpful, they repair it without any charge even dough i had purchased the car is as is condition . The price of cars was great, and the interest rate they got for me is very good. I definitely recommend this dealer. They got my business today and for sure in the future.
