Many thanks to Neil M. for expediting the problem with my 2010 SRX. A recently purchased battery replacement was found to have a defective cell. The Tech immediately discovered the problem and another new battery was installed. Problem solved! My vehicle was then washed and returned to me in short order. Excellent customer service. Tyrone immediately recognized me, greeted me, and got the service started on my car. He was even able to see that the extra work was completed that was not scheduled. leased another Cadillac SRX

The service advisor wasn't customer service friendly & displayed the attitude of "whatever". At the end of my appointment, he made a smart comment in regards to my concern about my wipers being stolen from there before. I can't recall his name but I do not want to have anymore encounters with him.

Great Experience
This is the second Acadia Denali that we have purchased because we love this vehicle. The people at this dealership are courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Neal in the Service Department is very, very good at what he does. Skeeter, our sales rep, was excellent to work with and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative is that GM has cut out their program with loaning service cars.
