Great place to buy a car

Mullinax Ford made purchasing a new car a positive experience. They gave me a great deal. Our salesman Carlos was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Not happy you did away with the rewards program

Hour and a half wait for an oil change. Ford did away with the rewards program and replaced it with FordPass that you have to create a new account for. Tried to sign up for it for like 40 minutes and it failed over and over, finally gave up. I have several oil change/tire shops closer to my home but always used Ford so I could earn points toward service. Now that the incentive is gone i probably will go to a local shop instead.

Window Blades

We were very pleased to be informed by the Service Dept. Rep, that the problem with one of the window wiper blades hanging up was not caused by something like a wiper motor (very expensive to replace). That it was hanging up because the window wiper blades were "sticky" due to being 3 years old and simply needed to be replaced. The cost to replace the pr. of blades was reasonable at $35. Hopefully this pr. of wiper blades will last 3 years, till the loan is paid off.

Was serviced at Quick Lane. They took care of the factory recall as well. Had tried earlier to get the recall done at the dealership but was treated rudely by the service writer and lectured because I had not called for an appointment.
