Lou responded to my online request to test drive a car, within an hour of the store's opening. When that car was not available, he worked hard to find other alternate vehicles within my price range. At the appointment time, I had made, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me. The price of the car was reasonable and there was no dealer fee !! After the sale was complete, Lou offered to bring the car to my home the next day. We live about 35 miles away from the store. With my daughter being a new driver, this was a blessing. Thank you so much Lou. You made a typically stressful task, so easy and enjoyable.

I found an 2015 F-150 XLT FX4, they was in great condition. It was on Father?s Day and we were in town to celebrate. Ryan Carmody took care of us and was great. There was no price haggling, and not once did he try to pressure us or even use any cheesy sales lines. The vehicle had just came in so it was not through servicing yet but we liked it and due to the popularity of the truck and great price I put money down on it. I came back two days later when it was done and they had put new Goodyear tires on it too (not cheap). I used them to finance the truck and that was a breeze too. I have purchased multiple vehicles over the last 10 years and this was by far the easiest transaction ever. I have purchased multiple forwards over the last 10 years and this was by far the easiest, transaction ever. Not only would I recommend them but we will go back there to buy my wife?s next vehicle.

online ads are bait to get customers onto lot. I have just wasted 2 weeks waiting for the vehicle I wanted to purchase to be released from their shop(NSB). It is still listed for sale online However it is SOLD. So I tried again and found another vehicle online to find out it is also SOLD(Apopka). I had previously decided to only shop here as I liked the advertised up front pricing. It seems that they just run a different game of dishonesty. I am no longer shopping for a new vehicle at Mullinax.

they let you roam around at your leisure but always make sure their is someone ready to help if you have questions and they never pressure you; very friendly salesmen

The oil change took over 2 hrs. Had a free oil change not give they said bring that up with Ford we don't do thar any more. Live in Cocoa will start going to a place closer by for service and not ford delerships.

My wife and I visited Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna Beach to look at a Jeep for our daughter. We spoke with Jay (Salesman) who was very professional and easy going. Jay completed everything in a timely manner and sent us over to AJ, Finance director. AJ was very professional and quickly got us ready to go. If you ever visit Mullinax, ask for Jay and AJ.

Had my truck serviced a few days ago. Had some questions about front end work. Matt Miller was the servicer adv. he said that he would look things up and call me with the information. The whole experience was great.Matt was true with his word and called me back. He was very courteous and helpful. It was a good experience !!!
