Ford F-250

This is the second time I have purchased a new truck from this dealer in less than a year. Ashley was a pleasure to work with. Ashley and Josh went out of their way to go to my house and pick up my trade in. All in all the whole crew at Mullinax did a great job and I will visit them in the future when I look for another new vehicle.

Great Sales team

The manager Ryan Ortiz was a great help, and honest person. That what got my business. The salesman Elwid Acevedo was very quick in getting everything I needed.

Quick Lane....NOT QUICK!!!

Was told the wait would be about an hour. Didn’t even start on my car until an hour and a half later. Total expierience for a simple oil change was 2 hours & 15 mins. I never would have stayed if I knew it was going to take so long. Nothing “Quick” about it.

Purchased a Fiesta ST

I saw two cars on Mullinax website and went there. Viewed the two and chose one. I met sales rep Bob Deasy and we very quickly had the deal done. The paperwork moved along fast and I was happy and out the door with a new Ford Fiesta ST. My third purchase from Mullinax New Smyrna Beach.

Great experience no pressure straight up information.

oil change f350 mulinax new smyrna

they need to call it the slow lane what few mechanics that where working moved very slow seamingly without purpose then when my truck was done it was hard to get someone to finish my bill so I could get out of there the front desk puts priority on phone calls and signing in new service instead of taking care of someone that been there for over an hour

Newe Car Experience

The team was very helpful from looking for the right car, arranging a test drive right through the finance and delivery. The salesman even came in on his day off to deliver the car. I have had several follow-up calls since to see if I had any questions or issues.

Terrible customer service from management

We had a great salesman Steve he really tried and worked hard but here’s the facts a Ford F-150 was advertised with a little over 83,000 miles on it the first problem we had was we showed up to pick the truck up we were buying and window was broke so we left truck there to let them fix it Steve dropped it at our house the next day like I said Steve was great got into the truck the next day and noticed the odometer didn’t work so I took it to my mechanic who verified it wasn’t working so I took it immediately back to ford where I spoke to Daryl and got no where so I sent my husband up who spoke with Daryl and Chris who told my husband they would buy truck back and resell it to someone else well that’s nice they will resell to someone not knowing how many miles are on it hmm and then the window started falling down my husband let’s them know management says they won’t fix anything until I take my review down well I’m not going to it’s the truth it’s my opinion of your crappy customer service and your in management shame on you both because here’s a fact a truck that was misrepresented and broke should of never went off your lot to get this review.
