I was referred to this dealership by my son who has purchased several cars from them. I went to the lot and was met by Gary Lingo. I had a couple of unusual requirements for the vehicle. The most important one being the seat height of the passenger side seat. My husband is disabled and can't have the seat too high or too low. Gary went above and beyond any other sales person at any other salesperson at any of the other dealerships. All the others did was send me the standard specs and bug me to come test drive cars. Emailed Mullinax to see if the car I was interested in was still available. They were very quick to respond and I went to see the car that evening. The sales person Calissa was very helpful and I purchased the 2018 Escape I had seen online. The paperwork was done and I was on my way in no time. I will be buying my next car here too!

My buying experience at Mullinax Ford/New Smyrna Beach was quite pleasant. The entire process involved a minimum of stress and was very straightforward. I identified the car I wanted on the Internet. We negotiated the price and my trade-in value by telephone. When I got to the dealership, the price and trade-in value were exactly as represented on the telephone. I took a test drive in the car and we closed the deal. My saleswoman, Ashley Ballard, was most professional.
