The sales person was great. Quite a different experience than in New York State. Even got a thank you call after purchase. The only problem is the paper work and early termination of our lease was not explained to well and also the savings with the z plan.

Everyone from the sales guys Brian and Steve to Finance and the General Manager was absolutely great. They really do care about the client and doing the right thing. Look car buying is typically not a pleasant experience but at Mullinax NSB they really do put the effort into making the entire buying process simple straight forward and with car. The selection is great and the people even better. No dealer fees and no haggle up front pricing makes buying a car or truck easy and worry free. Can't say enough good things about the entire crew. MY FIRST IMPRESSION WAS VERY GOOD. I DID LIKE SALESMAN. MY FIRST INDICATOR THERE COULD BE PROBLEMS CAME WHEN THE SALESMAN LOCATED A EXPLORER THAT FIT MY PRICE RANGE AND NEEDS AT ANOTHER MULLINAX DEALER. I WAS TOLD THEY WILL BRING EXPLORER TO THIS SITE FOR ME TO LOOK AT. THE NEXT DAY I WAS CALLED AND TOLD EXPLORER HAD BEEN SOLD. I CHECKED AND THAT EXPLORER WAS ON THE OTHER LOT FOR 2 MONTHS. I WAS ENCOURAGED TO BUY AN EXPLORER ON N.E.S BEACH LOT FOR $3000 MORE. I TOLD THEM I WAS IN NO HURRY AND WOULD LOOK AROUND MORE. SURPRIZE, LATER IN DAY THE EXPLORER WAS NOT SOLD AND WILL BE HERE NEXT DAY. AFTER 3 WEEKS I WAS CHECKING OIL AND NOTICED THE PAINT ON THE VERY EDGE OF HOOD WAS FALKING UP. OXIDATION UNDER IT. DEALER SAID PAINT IS NOT UNDER ANY WARRENTY. .AFTER SOME DEBATE DEALER SAID THEY WILL REPAINT AREA FOR $200 AND WILL SET UP TIME AND DATE. WELL AFTER 2 WEEKS AND 2 EMAILS I HAVE NO APPOINTMENT SET.

This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from Mullinax, and I am super happy with my purchase and the customer service! Jack was awesome, very informative, and super patient (which is something you don't see to often with car salesmen!). I will continue to recommend Mullinax to my friends and family!
