We went to Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna Beach. The dealership is nice and they had a lot of cars. We had an appointment with a sales representative and were greeted promptly. The experience was a pleasant one and no pressure. The upfront pricing was great and they gave us a fair amount for our trade. I would recommend checking this dealership out.

I had an excellent experience at NSB Ford . The staff is excellent and very respectful. I feel that I was dealt with the best price for the vehicle I was wanting. My salesperson kept in constant contact with me until he could find the vehicle that suited me. The closing of the deal was very efficient and quickly completed. The financial office was also very professional and was able to answer any questions I had about the paperwork and extended warranty. My sincere thanks to NSB Ford for making me feel like I am a part of the family.

i had never been to mullinax ford. a friend had recommended them so I went on line and try to find the vehicle I wanted. being a union electrician I wanted to find something reliable due to the possibility of traveling. I had set my sights on a ford escape. I had searched online, found what I was looking for, went test drove, and ended up buying another escape it was more but had fewer miles and was a 2017. I'm happy, the vehicle performs and drives great . thanks mullinax. thanks terri. it was no haggle, no hassle.

CANNOT say enough about how easy and excellent our buying experience was here. Our first intereaciton was with Don Thompson. He was so incredibly nice and helpful. When we came back the next day, he was busy with another customer and asked Jack Tuthill to assist us. Jack went over and above what we expected. He went and searched for a couple of cars we saw the internet and found them. When we couldn't agree on a car for our son, he looked up others available from their other lots and actually found one on the lot we didn't know about. That is the one we eventually purchased. Truly the best experience. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. We don't plan to purchase cars anywhere else. Our 18 year son agrees. :) The upfront pricing is what drew us to Mullinax there excellent employees are what will keep us coming back.

Third vehicle we've bought from AJ # Mullinax in last two years for our lawn care fleet. We usually wait till end of year and this year that proved to be shortsighted. Vehicles were disappearing left and right. AJ stuck with us, spent more time than normal finding us the right truck and giving us options on other lots (both Mullinax and other dealers). Will keep coming back for our needs.

Mullinax Ford of NSB has the best prices and selection around of Ford vehicles. There prices will not be beaten. I bought a brand new ford f150 there and very pleased with the friendliness of staff. They were very busy the day I purchased, but did what they could to move me along.

Mullinax in New Smyrna Beach is the nicest dealership I've ever purchased from. I bought an Escape in 2014 and then recently returned for a new F150. Jae is the best salesman. Finance staff was helpful and authentic. No pressure. Clean facilities, busy showroom, friendly service center. I drive an hour and a half, passing by multiple Ford dealerships for the service Mullinax provides.

This was my first experience with Mullinax Ford. I have to say it was a great experience. AJ was our salesman and was very patient with me because I was somewhat undecided about which SUV I wanted. He let me test drive them all with no pressure as to which one to buy. I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape and couldn't be happier. The buying process was very easy just wish they could get you out the door a little faster, but that is normal at all dealerships. Overall I would definitely buy from them again a well as recommend them.
