I was looking for a used vehicle and found it at Mullinax Ford with the great help of Sales Rep. Brian Palumbo. I talked to him for about 1 week, he made a video of the vehicle since I live in Miami and was driving about 5 hrs to look at it. He exceded my expectations, great customer service with texts and emails daily and trusting and separating the car for me. Everything he said he would do he did. I am super happy with the car, the sales rep and the dealer. The dealer process was also very pleasant. The upfront pricing and dealer breakdown of pricing was truthfull and upfront. Would highly recomend this sales rep and dealer. Thank you for everything!

I have been looking for an F-150 with a 6 1/2 foot bed, 36 gallon fuel tank 4x4 super crew cab. I inquired via email on a truck that I saw online. The next morning I was contacted by sales person Ashley Ballard who was very polite, informative and extremely willing to assist me in finding the perfect truck. The next day Ashley sent me an email with a beautiful 2015 F-150 that had all that I asked for and more but the truck was at the Apopka location and Ashley was at the New Smyrna store. A few days past and due to being so busy I was unable to confirm with Ashley about looking at the truck as I live 2 hours away from either location. Finally I found a few hours and I was able to drive to Apopka without thinking that I would be dealing with a different sales person. Ashley actually called me just as I was en-route to Apopka and even though she was not going to be the sales person after searching for my perfect truck, she was very happy for me and hoped that the truck would be right for me. I ended up purchasing the truck and the commission went to a different sales person who I did inform that the whole deal happened because of Ashley. The next day I received a nice email from Ashley following up and hoping that the truck was right for me. Ashley is a wonderful lady and a real asset to her employer. I feel that due to her hard work, knowledge of the vehicles, quick response and follow up she deserves to be employee of the month or year. Her positive attitude even though she did not receive the commission says a lot about her character and dedication to her work. I strongly feel that Ashley should be commended for her actions.

I had an excellent experience at NSB Ford . The staff is excellent and very respectful. I feel that I was dealt with the best price for the vehicle I was wanting. My salesperson kept in constant contact with me until he could find the vehicle that suited me. The closing of the deal was very efficient and quickly completed. The financial office was also very professional and was able to answer any questions I had about the paperwork and extended warranty. My sincere thanks to NSB Ford for making me feel like I am a part of the family.

i had never been to mullinax ford. a friend had recommended them so I went on line and try to find the vehicle I wanted. being a union electrician I wanted to find something reliable due to the possibility of traveling. I had set my sights on a ford escape. I had searched online, found what I was looking for, went test drove, and ended up buying another escape it was more but had fewer miles and was a 2017. I'm happy, the vehicle performs and drives great . thanks mullinax. thanks terri. it was no haggle, no hassle.
