It took a couple of days to get the truck that we had requested but once it was at the new Smyrna Mullinax and ready for us to test drive the process was seamless. The sales team was very helpful. The Finance manager was knowledgeable and tried to make the process go as quickly as possible.

I could not find an Explorer in Maryland that had the options I was looking for so I decided to check dealers around our winter home. Mullinax had exactly what I was looking for. Staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I made the deal online and after a quick trip to New Smyrna I went back to Maryland with my new Explorer.

After waiting months and visiting a half a dozen dealerships gathering information about the 2018 Expeditions and the release date Elwil Acevedo with Mullinax was the only one that took me serious enough to even contact me when a 2018 Expedition became available. He very well understood I was in the market to BUY a specific vehicle and not just be sold on one. When one became available even though it was at another of their locations that met my given specifications he contacted me and made arrangements to have the unit transferred to the New Smyrna Beach location, set up a time for my wife and I to view and inspect the unit. At that meeting it was determined the Expedition was exactly what we were expecting. The deal was made and within two hours the entire process was completed and we left happy and with our new 2018 Expedition.
