Great value and buying experience!

We had a great purchase experience on our new Expedition. The Terri and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had been to a couple dealers before Mullinax and found the best overall deal and trade values at Mullinax. The kids play area is great to keep little ones entertained during the process. I will definitely be visiting in the future when I'm ready for a new truck.

Best Car Buying Dealership

I purchased a 2015 F150. I have bought many new cars and this was my best car buying experience. I called ahead and AJ had the vehicle out front when I arrived. He also took the time to show me several other vehicles to make sure that I made the right choice. The gave me a reasonable offer for my trade in. I highly recommend this dealership if you are purchasing a car.

Great Experience - 2016 Ford Explorer

Applause to AJ, Tom and the entire Mullinax team. Recently purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer was a pleasant experience. Upfront pricing that beat the competition and a generous offer on a Chevy trade. Easy transaction and follow-up after the sale. Happy to be a first time Ford owner. Nice job team.

Excellent custumer service

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford F-150 from this dealership. The internet price was the same as the price I was quoted after arriving at the dealership. Nothing changed. There was no low balling to get me to the dealership. The price on the internet matched the price posted on the windshield. No surprises. They were more than fair with the appraisal of my trade in. The pricing of the new vehicle and the appraisal of the trade in made haggling over pricing unnecessary. After getting the vehicle home I discovered that parts to the truck box tie down system had been accidently removed from the truck. I contacted the salesman, Anthony Cuevas, and he delivered the parts to my home which is approximately 25 miles from the dealership. This is service after the sale. This dealership and salesman didn't play games with me. The pricing of the new vehicle was fair and the trade in allowance was more than fair. No high pressure or pushing to sell a truck. It took me over a week to make up my mind to buy and never did I feel pressured. I called Anthony several times with questions and he was always courteous and informative. I would not hesitate to buy from this dealership again.

Mullinax Ford the right place to buy

I chose Mullinax Ford of New Smyrna Beach due to the experience I had with a prior purchase by a family member. I was very happy with the trade in value offered, the fact that they charged no dealer fees and the salesman Gregory Wheaton. I had the same experience with my purchase and will continue to recommend and use Mullinax for my Ford vehicle purchases.

Mullinax is the best place to go for your ford

Overall I would not go to any other Ford dealer in my area. These guys know what customer service is and they practice it. The dealership is not too small and yet not too big. Good location and great prices. What more do you want? They are pros. JW of Deland

Smooth trade

I have just traded my 2011 corvette to Mullinax and with Chip & Darrell the transaction was extremely smooth! I was at other dealers in the area and they didn't compare with the deal Mullinax offered! Highly recommend!!

Dishonesty with Misdirection

I arrived with hopes of purchasing a used 2009 F150 (Vin: 1FTPX14V49FA82038) from Mullinax Ford of New Symrna. Upon my arrival, I do a general inspection of the exterior of the vehicle, which shows wear and tear consistent with a vehicle of this age. Prior to the test drive, I discover that the drivers’ window was not fully functional and the power mirrors did not work. Knowing the vehicles age and the fact that it is being sold “As-Is,” I wasn’t that surprised with these discrepancies. My sales rep Steve Rocci, who is a Sales Executive with Mullinax Ford, explained to me that they would address the drivers side window, however they would not repair the power mirrors because the vehicle was so under priced. Mr. Rocci was then kind enough to produce a piece of paper showing a value for the truck at $18,900. I then explained to Mr. Rocci that according to Kelly Blue Book, the “Fair Purchase Price” on this vehicle is $14,009, which takes into account that I’m buying it from a dealer. Mr. Rocci then states that KBB really doesn’t mean anything and his price is what the banks value the vehicle at. We then proceed with the test drive which goes relatively well except for the fact the A/C fan is abnormally loud (this of course is subjective). However, it was distracting and I was unable to carry-on a normal conversation with fan at level 3 and 4. Once back at the dealer, I start to inspect the interior of the vehicle to making sure at least everything else was in working order. Inspection of the headliner showed a linear water stain along the entire width of the back passenger compartment. This water stain is constant with a vehicle that was partially submerged in water, which was never disclosed or confirmed by Mr. Rocci. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS VEHICLE AND OR ANY USED VEHICLE BEING SOLD BY THIS DEALERSHIP. (10/23/15)
