i was a little nervous but Ken, my salesman was Super. Very patient with me for all the questions I asked. The Dealership Manager of Sales,(Darrel) was very courteous. he even introduced me to owner Mr. Larry Mullinax. The show room was very clean as were the restrooms. I was made to feel very comfortable..Just like you would make a guest or family in your home. I will return when it is time for a new car for sure. Thank you Mullinax FORD.........

Purchased a used SC430 from Jack and Josh. Never had a better car buying experience. They were a great help in getting me a great price. The car was very clean and perfectly detailed. One week later I got instant satisfaction on a small problem with the car. It was taken care of by their terrific service department. Will look here first for my next car.

I began my search for a new car online, and between the standard of quality in the reviews of Mullinax and being able to search their inventory, I found a new, but previous year Ford Fiesta that was perfect for my budget and the features I was looking for. From my initial e-mail, to going to the dealership to meet with AJ and test drive the car, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, thorough, and professional, and I never felt that I was under any high pressure sales pitch. They wanted me to have the right car for me and my lifestyle. I had prior approval from my credit union, and the financial process and paperwork at the dealership went smoothly. They presented some of the warranty options, and simply let us discuss them and make a decision. I appreciated having choices for the ongoing maintenance. I had looked at all dealerships in a fifty mile radius, and am confident that I made the right decision in working with Mullinax.

Just over a year ago we had bought are car from this location and had a wonderful experience. When we decided to buy another Ford we checked out a closer dealership but we were treated terrible by arrogant sales people. We left that dealership in Daytona and drove straight to Mullinax in New Smyrna Beach. I don't know why I ever went any place else. It was the best and smoothest purchase ever. Thanks Greg Wheaton. We were looking for a new Fusion since we already had one and LOVED ours but our son is going off to college so we thought instead of getting him a used car we didn't know anything about, we'd give him our 2009 since we knew how safe it is and we would buy a new one for ourselves. We looked online and in the paper for a good deal on a leftover 2015 but couldn't find any until we found Mullinax! Our salesman, Greg, was wonderful! We drove from the west coast to come to Mullinax and it was well worth the 2 hr drive (each way) to buy from this dealership! We saved a ton of money and met a great, down to earth, easy to deal with guy and would highly recommend him and this great dealership! We love Ford cars, we own 5 of them, and this will be the only Ford dealership we go to from now on!

Had a great buying experience . Zach was very helpful in finding the right truck for me . When Zach was sick Jack came in and helped finish the deal and deliver my new truck the transition was seamless,! Great team work among the staff. Everyone was friendly to me and my children and made sure we were comfortable while we were at the dealership. Everyone had fun would definitely buy here again !
