He introduced us to Gina " sales rep " and we went shopping for our dream truck. I have done business with Mullinax in Apoka for many years, however this location is closer to my home in West Volusia, so I decided to change locations. I have been very pleased with all my dealings over the past 12 years, and have referred family and friends to Mullinax. While nothing is perfect in life, especially when spending large sums of money, but Mullinax as a dealership group has managed to make the experience one that is comfortable with less stress then most automobile dealers. Dealership was very poorly represented by a salesman by the name of " Russel", very irresponsible and a Liar. This man is solely reponsible for giving used car salesman a bad name. He is the epitome of such salesman. He intentionally lies and uses these tactics to sell cars, not to be trusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dealership was appologetic for his actions specifically Eric Kriechbaum, Eric handled situation professionally.

Found our desired vehicle on-line after deciding we would have to order to get the truck we wanted., Another dealer we were working with actually found our truck, and after seeing the truck on your website, two email exchanges & one phone call resulted in our purchase commitment. No-haggle price, professional interaction by Steve & Kim, great facility - Outstanding! Kim made the usual paper-signing ordeal very pleasant by her sense-of-humor and presentation of the endless stack of required forms. My buying experience was terrific and the staff goes out of there way to get you what you need. The service department so far for me has been great and the parts dept is very good also. This dealership is by far the best ford dealer I have run into and I have had fords for over thirty five years. No hassle and very up-front people there whom wish to help at all parts of your dealings with them.

He listened to our needs and allowed us to choose the vehicle that fit our needs. He was so accommodating. The manager offered us a fair trade in and the "No Hassle" policy prevented the exhausting back and forth dealing that we have experienced elsewhere. I went in with a budget and the salesman and the manager worked with me so that I could get the vehicle I wanted and I didnt have to settle. From walk in to walk out with a new vehicle was less than 2 hours. Going back to get another vehicle from there early next year.

I have purchase many Ford vehicles through the years. My experience at NSB Mullinax was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. My salesman was pleasant and a happy go lucky person. I didn't feel pressure at any time. I haven't had any issues with my truck, so therefore I don't know the quality of the service department.
