Mullinax Ford of New Smyrna Beach

This is my second purchase of a new F150 from this Mullinax. It's the second because the first went so well I actually enjoyed it. When I searched prices for my first truck and I mean searched prices everywhere, Mullinax beat them all. I arrived and talked to Ken Heedum and told him exactly what I wanted and he delivered both in price and quality. I was comfortable and trusted Mullinax. This second purchase was made here because I was not worried about ripoffs or problems or even pushy salesmen. Ken LISTENED to what I wanted and not only delivered but showed me options within the same price range. Now I have a truck with EXACTLY what I wanted in it and even got a color I didn't know existed. It's great! Even better than what I wanted in my price range. Ken even stayed late past his working hours because I was late arriving to get my new truck. He went over everything and made sure everything was working before I left. "No problem" seems to be his motto. When I had a problem with the truck I called Ken and he helped me through the service. The tires had "flat spots" which made the truck vibrate slightly. Now I have new tires. What could make me happier than knowing I am backed by service I can trust.

I was referred to Mullinax Ford by a friend. Didnt have great credit do I wasnt sure they could help. My sales man Mike A. was amazing. I thought maybe I could get a used car. Ended up with a brand new car in my price range financed which will help my credit and had lots of discounts and rebates. Mullinax made a very stressful time an amazing one!

This was my first time buying a car on my own. Steve was great. I exchanged emails first and he had the car waiting when I came to text drive. Buying experience was wonderful. I had a horrible experience at a dealership in Daytona a week earlier. I was hesitant walking in but Steve was very helpful and not pushy. I looked for a new Mustang GT for almost 2 months before I decided to spread my search outside the greater Orlando area. I did my research for a 2014 Ford Mustang GT for about 6-8 weeks. Overall most locations had a good email site which were easy to However the best service, communication, and follow up I received was from Anthony Cuevas at Mullianx Ford of New Smyrna. After visiting numerous dealers and supermall locations, I finally discovered Mullinax Ford right down the road from us. The salesperson was very courteous and informative, the facility really nice, and the no nonsense buying there without dealer's fees helped make us decide on the car we wanted after several months of shopping. With all the rebates and mumbo-jumbo with their type of pricing led to confusion and disappointment. The final price was contingent that I did a certain financing deal which I was totally unaware of during the process. However, they did make right and the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. The vehicle exceeds my expectations, more importantly my wife loves it, and the gas mileage is awesome. Ford make a great product and is the only American car I would ever consider. I would highly recommend the Focus for someone who is looking for value, comfort and style.
