Went to look at getting a new car. The sales staff went out of there way to find the car we wanted at a lower price. They ended up bringing it from another dealership. When we came in the next day to pick it up, it was sitting waiting for us. Fast, easy, friendly services.

Living in New Smyrna Beach I thought I would stop by Mullinax to check out the Focus and Fiesta on my way to the Auto Mall (Gary Yeomans Ford) where over the years I had purchased 4 new vehicles. Once at Mullinax I was talking with the salesman Ken and looked at a few cars and decided on the 2015 Fiesta which I picked up the following day. The process was flawless and a very good experience. The car has been great and I am happy with the dealership, salesman Ken and Gina for all there service.

I purchased a brand new 2014 F150. I had a wonderful buying experience from start to end. It was a relaxing process to look, talk, review, decide, etc with questions answered honestly and not being pressured. Also, the straight forward pricing stops the craziness. My salesperson was Mike Ayversone - really nice guy and so is the owner Larry Mullinax. Great experience overall and great truck !

We had dealt with our salesman previously so there was little pressure to sell. The biggest problem was they did not have the truck we wanted. We finally settled for a much more expensive model.

It was actually I great experience. I am a very informed consumer as I believe everyone should be with all of the resources available to us today. That said I was very please that they recognized this and where straight forward with me and basically gave me the deal that I asked for. No complaints what so ever.

The people you interact impact you buying decision. I had purchased a prior vehicle from Mullinax and contacted Ken Heedum, my salesperson when I decided to purchase my Expedition. He has been truthful and feel he provided a great value for us. Unlike some, I don't shoot totally at the bottom line as I need to consider overall customer service and the ability of the dealer to service the vehicle in a timely manner. Until proven otherwise, I feel that Mullinax meets our needs on all levels.

I can not say enough about this dealership. I have been dealing with them for 4 years now, and have never had the first problem either in purchasing a vehicle, or having my vehicle serviced. I have had it with the other dealerships that play the sales game. You know the one, let me run into the office and see if I can get it approved for you, only to repeat the process until you either give in of give up. No such activity at Mullinax Ford. You know where you stand when you see their posted vehicle price. All you have to do is go from there and make your purchase. After the purchase, the service is great, no problems with getting service when you need it. And always with a friendly conversation and a smile from the the techs, and service personnel. I have even used the service department for general operating questions while I waited for physical vehicle service to be performed. If you are going to buy a Ford product don't waste your time anywhere else, just go to Mullinax.

This is the first car I have ever bought by myself from start to finish and the experience was painless. I usually browse with my husband, pick out a car and then he goes back for the "formalities". The salesman was very patient and knowledgeable. I had particulars that I wanted and he looked until he found a car that had everything that I wanted. The entire staff at Mullinax was courteous and thoughtful. Every car we have owned, even our kids vehicles, have been purchased at Mullinax. Would not think of going any where else. My brother who lives in Tallahassee even purchase his vehicles here.
