Great Service experience in the Quick Lane NSB

No one likes to buy tires, it is a lot of money for something that is just not fun, remember "Tires Ain't Pretty!"? Regardless.....I must have been in a construction site as I had nails in my back tires, and one was in a spot that could not be repaired. As my tires were probably 70% worn, I decided to replace all four of them as I do value a comfortable ride in my Explorer. The Quick Lane people could not have been nicer. They looked up pricing for what I wanted, compared it to other dealers in central Florida and gave me the best price. But price was really secondary, they gave me exceptional service in their beautiful customer lounge. Comfortable seating with a table so I could work, my advisor even brought me a bottle of water without asking. They let me know what was going on with my tires, showed me how to get a $120 rebate and got me in and out including an oil change and wiper change in less than an hour. They are not on my usual line of travel, but I will be making the trip to Mullinax New Smyrna for all service including my oil changes from now on. Really just unbelievable level of service and genuinely nice people to deal with. Thank you.

Great Experience Purchasing a car

Awesome Experience!

This dealer knows the meaning of customer service! I was treated like family. Everyone was so accomodating and respectful. Mullinax does not pressure you at all. I love my new car and recommend all my friends and family to shop there.

Mullinax Ford-New Smyrna = Great Experience

I was in the market for a new F-150. Had spoken to or been to several dealerships in my area. All of them were the same - pushy or not helpful. I found an online ad for a new F-150 for sale at Mullinax Ford on their website, submitted an online request to get more information, and Mullinax got back to me the same day. I made an appointment, saw the truck, and made the purchase. They were honest and not pushy. The experience was great and I love my truck.

VERY SMOOTH!

This is my 33rd vehicle purchase from a dealer and by far the best yet. I highly recommend our sales person, CHIP TOORNMAN, who handled this purchase professionally and with a lot of personal concern. It is very rare to want to go to a dealer for another purchase but I look forward to that experience on our next vehicle purchase. Pricing structure by Mullinax is as advertised. I recently bought a used vehicle from Mullinax after...

I recently bought a used vehicle from Mullinax after shopping around for two months for my ideal car and finding they had the best deal on the car I was searching for. I drove across the state (and back) in one day, excited to fork over thousands of dollars for the right vehicle. The excitement ends there. Not only was I treated much less graciously than at my last dealership (multiple vehicle owner here) but the communication was terrible throughout the buying experience and the repairs the car need WITHIN 5 DAYS cost me $485. My salesman even started another sale (seated new customers at his desk, starting paperwork and conversation) without saying anything to me, leaving me standing and waiting with my son off to the side, no idea what was going on. If I wasn't a "white female", I'd say it felt discriminatory (it totally did). Everything was very rushed and I felt unwelcome. It became apparent that used car sales customers were pushed aside for new car sales - even if in the Middle of a transaction! My buying experience was so rushed, in fact, that they messed up on my paperwork. Corrected forms were mailed to me after the sale to sign and mail back. Does Mullinax have the best price? Absolutely. But they also have the worst customer service if you're not buying a brand new vehicle.
