After the last experience we had this time went very well. The Fusion Hybrid we order arrived with a very small paint chip. The sales manager called us to let us know the car was available to for pick up, and he told us about the paint chip. The delivery went well, the only problem was the car prep car tossed out the card with the door keypad code. It took about 10 minutes for them to pull it from the computer. The transaction was very smooth. This one was went like the other purchases we made from Mullinax, smooth and easy. Danielle handled the ordering of the car and she was a great help. She kept us informed all the way through the process.

Overall a very good experience
Buying a car is usually quite the tax and I must admit not at all enjoyable, but mullinax was somewhat of an exception. The paper work and regular buying rigmarole is always painful regardless of dealer. Thing that really counts is the way you are treated by the salesman and women. I must say that Nelli was extremely helpful and would highly recommend her. The process was much less painful with a kind and caring employee. Overall I have no real complaints except of course paperwork. Otherwise a great place to buy a car.

Great Experience
I had visited several dealerships in the past few weeks trying to decide what type of car I wanted to purchase. I have to say that the reason I purchased from Mullinax was that there was no pressure. The sales staff was very friendly. I feel like I got a fair price for my trade and paid a fair price for my car.

Great service, great salesman
I had a very good experience at Mullinax Ford in NSB! The salesman, Hans Gruber, was the difference in making it a really good experience. He was very friendly and not pushy at all as I looked at several new Fords. He asked me all the right questions and gave me every answer I was looking for! I would recommend this dealership and Hans to all my friends and....I love my new Ford Escape!

I've had my Focus in twice in a year for service....
I've had my Focus in twice in a year for service. Both times I had issue with the repairs. First was when I purchased tires. One of them was installed wrong side out. The service said everyone is human and the tech was having a bad day. They corrected the issue but his answer was xx. Last week I took the Focus in again for a blend door issue. When I got is back the defroster controlled the air to the vents and the vents would not work in any other position. I took it back the same day and asked the service manager if the service tech was having a bad day. He did not have an answer except to say the tech said it worked correctly when he was done. I told him flat out the tech lied. He had nothing to say. I told them they've no attention to detail and no quality control. I drive 50 miles for my service but that may change. On the other hand, they have serviced my truck with no issues.

After just a few days with the car, I had to bring it in...
After just a few days with the car, I had to bring it in to have the bumper fixed and repainted - a clip was missing when it was built. They provided a rental and the repairs came out fine. Other than that all went well and was hassle free..
