I made appointment to bring my 2024 Dodge Ram well, rig?

I made appointment to bring my 2024 Dodge Ram well, rig? When i got there they would not even look at the codes. They said it's to heavy and only had 2 lifts that could lift it. I asked if they would read the code that was debating the engine speed. They would not even pretent to help me. I knew it was related to the DPF system . I ended up taking to Impact diesel for a forced regen and clear the codes. I will never go back to ken garff . There is better customer service elswhere!

Sorry i will be using other vendors going forward. The 2 men wouldnt even pull a code on the unit. No accomidating what So ever! Not impressed with your employees.

Fraud and lemon laws.

Fraud and lemon laws. Watch when they say one thing and 1 contract instead 4 contracts. Tried for 2 years now. Getting no where

Service was excellent.

Service was excellent. Lucas took good care of me. Lucas was knowledgeable and efficient. It only took 15 minutes for them to take my car, put it on the lift and Kirk the mechanic sent a video of the problem. I was impressed!

My battery died and I was due for an oil change & tire

My battery died and I was due for an oil change & tire rotation - both were completed in a couple of hours. Everyone was great to work with and they kept me updated on how things were going.

Very lacking in follow up, communication, explanation,

Very lacking in follow up, communication, explanation, scheduling. Very disorganized, various departments did not appear to have any idea what their functions and responsibilities were. Total frustration!!!
