Car sat in service for 5 days untouched and with absolutely no communication on Russ Darrow’s end. There wasn’t even a work order created for the vehicle when I went to the dealer for updates. Dismissive to my questions, no apology, and no calls when I was promised someone would be reaching out to me.

thank you max for getting me in for lube oil filter tire rotate as soon as i pulled in! very convenient for my hectic schedule. love the video inspection feature and that i can reply to it if needed. everyone is always so pleasant from start to finish. the cashier lady was lovely.

Scheduled a test drive for 2 specific vehicles from the
Scheduled a test drive for 2 specific vehicles from the website. Both were sold by the time I arrived. Was suggested a comparable one $5000 above my stated price range, and had to haggle it down to the websites listed Live Market Price. Extremely stressful experience and didn't even get the one feature I wanted.

It felt unfair that there is a 3% fee charged to use a
It felt unfair that there is a 3% fee charged to use a credit card without prior notice. For expensive bills, such as mine, I had to pay $50 just as a fee to use my credit card because I did not know to bring my debit card to pay. Please tell customers this up front when they drop off their car that credit is subject to a 3% fee.
