As my first time buying a car, my experience could have

As my first time buying a car, my experience could have been smoother.. The dealership was a bit unorganized all together, but at the end of the day I got the car I wanted and they were able to work with me on the price. Ernesto was very nice and sold me on a car even though he’s still in the process of learning. I appreciated his help and think he’s a great addition to the team.

Have been a Darrow Mazda customer for last 15 yrs.

Have been a Darrow Mazda customer for last 15 yrs....Darrow is fortunate to have a service writers as professional as Chauncey L....However there has been occasional less professional supervision in that dept...my recent visit for service was somewhat disappointing re communication from that supervisor...re the actual service performed was satisfactory and did meet my expectations ..
