Everyone was very helpfully and very knowledgeable

I felt very comfortable and not at all pressured with my salesman and the GM They were extremely knowledgeable about there cars and answered any questions I had even a few I didn't think of. You could tell they loved there product

Great Experience!

Amazing Experience. Exceptional Customer Service.

I recently bought my first new car from Russ Darrow Mazda and honestly the experience could not have been any better. The Sales Department went above and beyond to make the entire process easy, seamless and enjoyable. Customer service was excellent. Jacob answered every question, took me out on multiple test rides and worked extremely hard to find me the right car. Can't say enough good things about the entire team that helped me through this process. They even stayed late beyond normal business hours to finish up the paperwork on a holiday weekend. Really very impressive and I would highly recommend.

Very comfortable experience!

After shopping several dealers, we went to Darrow Mazda in Greenfield. I was frustrated and in no mood for more car games. Gary Woodward took care of us. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I got the car I wanted at a good price. Thank you Gary! We WILL be back!

You will never ever find a better dealer

Gary Woodward and William Awe were Heros to me today on the 16th anniversary of 09-11. My old car died exexpectedly Friday before and I was over stressed all weekend sue to not hearing from family in hurricane Irma's path. Needless to say, buying a car and dealing with "used car salesmen" was not what I had planned today. Both gentleman were helpful and professional and went far beyond to get me in a car I liked and could afford. Zero sales pressure!!! The best car buying experience I could have imagined for something so unplanned, and frankly, not wanted to have to deal with this weekend of all weekends. Thanks gentlemen for your kindness and professionalism. I would not have gotten thru this without your patience and helpfulness.

Above and Beyond

our first purchase was 4years ago with Dale who provided us such a pleasant experience we are coming back. He is always honest with us in terms of best prices, what he can do to meet our needs in terms of payment or inventory. He is always responsive and even when we found a possible vehicle that was a Mazda sold at a Checy dealership he did what he could to either have his dealership purchase or to arranged for his service team to inspect it to make sure it met the expectations of any of the vehicles on his lot. He truly goes above and beyond, and as a woman doesn't undermine my intelligence about the vehicles. He treats me with respect, listens to my questions or concerns and addresses each of them thoroughly. We have appreciated everything he has done for us and will continue our service in the future.
