Great experience...

When buying a car can be challenging it's always nice to go somewhere and feel so welcomed. My experience at Russ Darrow of Greenfield was awesome. No pressure and lots of information was given to me. I felt very informed and felt as if all my questions were honestly answered. I would recommend friends or relatives to visit if they are looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you for making my experience much easier

Mediocre at best

The finance cashier was absolutely brutal. Very pushy on the package deals and seemed unprofessional and was borderline rude. Strange experience considering we just spent 35k. Also, the used cars we test drove were pretty dirty. The first one we drove had a cheetos bag in the center console. Can't make this up LOL!

Purchasing a new car

Salesman was wonderful. First finance guy was an xxxxxxx, screwed up the paperwork. Second guy quickly fixed the error and was wonderful. Overall experience was good. First finance guy was a bit condescending and did not appreciate it.

Mazda CX9

Walked in to the dealership to have my oil changed and ended up driving a new CX9 out of the dealership. Dale was great. This was the 5th car I purchased with him.

Quick and easy service

I had a screw in my tire and they repaired it in a timely matter and I appreciate it very much they recognize the problem right away and fixed it and wash my car on top of that

It was the best. I went home happy!

Bought a 2017 Mazda!! My family and i went home happy in our new vehicle and thanks to Joel Cerda! I reccomend the sales person and the dealer. Ill be back to buy another one. Am in love with my new vehicle!

Terrible service to customers

We purchased a used vehicle from Russ Darrow and at the time of purchase got the extended warranty and service plan. A few weeks later we decided that the extended warranty and service plan were not necessary and wanted to cancel the contract. We were well within the 60 day time frame that we had to cancel the plan, so it should have been very easy. We live over an hour away from the dealership, so we called and asked for the dealership to mail the cancellation form. We spoke with Jason and Jim in the finance department several times, never getting confirmation that a piece of paper was mailed. Both Jason and Jim would tell us that they would call back the next day with confirmation that the form was mailed, however we never received a phone call from either of them. We stayed professional on the phone during our conversations, and on the last phone call we got hung up on. We sent a complaint the BBB, stating that all we wanted was the cancellation form. Someone from corporate got us the form within the next 24 hours. There is no reason that we had to go through so much trouble to cancel a contract within the appropriate time limits. We are very dissatisfied with the way we were treated from Russ Darrow. We will not be purchasing any vehicles in the future from this dealership.
