I feel that maxwell has poor customer service skills and does not know much about mazda vehicles. Regardless about why I was there, I feel that he needs more training with dealing with customers and needs to stop talking to people like their stupid. i wish i didn’t have to come back here at all

Came in for an oil change and the technician must have
Came in for an oil change and the technician must have checked the cabin filter and left grease all over my right passenger seat. It was not cleaned up and I was not happy.
