Great experience.

Great experience. Rashad my salesman was not pushy at all. He was very polite and down to earth. He kept going to bat for me to get me the lowest price with the things I needed. It was like he was working for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership as I was very pleased. I did my shopping around, and I felt confident that I also got the best price at Greenville Toyota.

The work was done but it took too long.

The work was done but it took too long. I was told it would take between an hour and a half to two hours. It took 3 hours. I was not notified of the delay or a reason for the delay.

This was my 2nd visit.

This was my 2nd visit. The experience the 2nd time was alot worse than the 1st time we visited. We will not return. Friendly customer service is the key. Not that day! The first time was great!

It's horrible an very expensive.

It's horrible an very expensive. When I take my car get it fix they mess with other things I didn't ask for then have pay . They don't even look at the issue u having and u drive out there unsafe bc they don't even know how put right tires on from front to back . They are horrible

The customer service at Toyota Greenville was great.

The customer service at Toyota Greenville was great. Also, the free shuttle option really made the experience smooth, so I did not have to wait multiple hours at the dealership.
