The dealer never called to get the correct payoff for my
The dealer never called to get the correct payoff for my vehicle. This caused me to have to pay the remaining balance. When I contacted the dealer about resolving this they told me they would look into it and call me that afternoon, a week later and still no follow up from anyone.

I recently made the trip from Florida to Greenville
I recently made the trip from Florida to Greenville Toyota after speaking with a salesman for several days about a 2024 4Runner. I placed a $1,000 deposit and was told the vehicle was certified and in perfect condition. I even started the drive overnight to make sure I’d be there early Monday morning. When I arrived, I was treated more like a nuisance than a valued customer. The salesman I had been working with wasn’t there, and none of the other salespeople seemed interested in helping. Once I saw the 4Runner in person, it was clear it had been heavily modified—there were even bolts hanging from the headliner. It was absolutely not in the condition I was led to believe. Then came the real kicker: despite all the online listings and direct confirmation that the vehicle was certified, I was told it was not. They tried to sell me an extended warranty instead, claiming it would be “in lieu of certification.” After I said no and started walking away, they suddenly changed their tune and offered to certify it after all. This entire experience felt dishonest and frustrating. I drove hundreds of miles expecting transparency and professionalism, but I was met with bait-and-switch tactics and poor customer service. I would not recommend Greenville Toyota based on my experience.
