Will Williams (sales) & James Johnson (service) - Both are fantastic to work with. I bought my new Dodge Ram Truck from Will and received excellent service. This was the 5th vehicle we have bought from Will and we will keep coming back as long as he is there! James was very helpful getting my truck in for service. The truck was completed in a timely manner and his customer service is on point. This was my first oil change and tire rotation for my new Ram truck. :) Very happy customer!

Van is 7 years old and required extensive work to the...

Van is 7 years old and required extensive work to the tune of $3,900.00. Most of the issues were resolved. It will still require me coming back again to take care of 2 issues not resolved but charged for! The van was full of greasy hand prints when picked up the car wash was down for repairs I was told.

I have already talked to the service advisor about the issues! Unfortunately this is a handicap van and my son's only transportation outside the home. So getting the van in to the dealership and dropping if off and getting a ride home, etc., etc. is a logistical problem.

Sales person Brandon Ross, was easing going and I enjoyed talking to and dealing with, didnt feel pressured. Finance Manager Ken Sloat was freindly, explained everything clearly and quickley to finalize sale since it was after 6 on Sat. Also on follow up call took right away and went over couple items with me to clarify so very helpful

Very simple buying process, every employee we met along...

Very simple buying process, every employee we met along the way was engaged in the process, helpful, and knowledgable. There were no unrealistic expectations, the vehicle and sales process presented was exactly as described online. There were no surprises in the process. When you commit to driving about two hours from home to evaluate and potentially purchase a vehicle, there are always doubts that set in about whether or not it's actually worth it to make that journey. It was.

Don White’s has always been great and easy to work with!...

Don White’s has always been great and easy to work with! I actually purchased my Jeep at another dealership, but have had nothing but issues with the other dealership ever since. I decided that for my first oil change I would take it back to Don White’s since I purchased my previous vehicle there, and they for sure didn’t disappoint. Fast & easy oil change and they even ordered a warranty part that I needed. Thanks guys!
