Response to internet request for info was very fast. Sales rep was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Finance department found an interest rate even lower than my pre-approval rate.

Had a deposit down and deal agreed on with Samaria....
Had a deposit down and deal agreed on with Samaria. Deposit was left and a date set on to pick the truck up (I was coming from out of state). Dealer decided to sell the truck out from under me, luckily I hadn’t purchased my plane ticket as I was coming from several states away to purchase. These guys are shady and untrustworthy, I would stay away.

Conor: We did not accept a deposit on the truck you were looking at. You required modifications to this vehicle which we could not guarantee (painting of door handles) before you wanted to pick up the truck. I am sorry you missed out on one of our vehicles as another customer came in and purchased this truck before we had a chance to explain the door handle issue. Had we receipted a deposit on this vehicle, we would have held it for you however we never receipted any monies from you for this vehicle. Please feel free to reach out to me personally. Ian, If need be I can post screenshots of my communications with your staff. When I spoke with Samaria Wednesday she told me she received my deposit and we were good to move forward pending approval from financial company after the holiday. I contacted her again on Saturday and she told me we were still on schedule and that the truck was scheduled to have the door handles done on Monday and I would pick the truck up Tuesday or Wednesday depending. The door handles were agreed on as part of the deal I negotiated on Tuesday and Wednesday of last week, to say it was an “issue” is ridiculous, you just found someone to pay more for the truck so you sold it from under me. Shady.
