Convenient "after hours" drop off the night prior to my...

Convenient "after hours" drop off the night prior to my Service Appt made things so much easier for me. The next morning Jess gave me a detailed explanation of recommended services/options. She was extremely patient and helpful. :) Late pick-up was awesome. Cashier was friendly & everything was very clean!!! Driver pulled my truck around front and was even nice enough to remind me to turn on my headlights lol (I normally keep them on auto.) I can truly say I felt safe even during these crazy Covid times. Very impressed. Thank you! :)

Professional. extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My scheduled appointment time had me in and out most expeditiously. The waiting area is open and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Zach greeted me upon entering and exiting as though I was a celebrity - he is extremely professional and engages every customer with the most polite and professional demeanor.

Your sales staff communicates well before the customer...

Your sales staff communicates well before the customer reaches the dealership, does a lot of legwork to balance financing and inventory, to find a fit for what I wanted and the parameters of the deal. I honestly did not think I could get into a new vehicle, and Don White's sales staff impressed and surprised me. I had some past service issues, but with this purchase, coming back the next day to take care of some owed items (dealership to me, me to dealership) the service write handled it well and efficiently.

Took my car in twice for a simple oil change. 2 times I...

Took my car in twice for a simple oil change. 2 times I had to return back to the dealer to stop an oil leak. Driveway was ruined by oil stains. Secondly I went in to have my blower replaced and they damaged my glove box in the process.. Service mgr initially said his guy did not do it. But after the oil leak repair he promised they would try and make the box right.. So far no reply from the dealer on the glove box replace / repair issue. No faith in these folks.

No Thank you. Two bad experiences ARE Enough for me. I have no faith in a dealer who can’t do simple oil changes. Destroy’s my property then makes me pay them for the repair Claiming they did not do it. I will Never step foot in your dealership for ANYTHING.

Ease of getting an appointment, phone call letting me know what was going on, finished in a timely manner. Car was washed!!!!! I used to go to Thompson and have had bad dealings there. You will be my service provider now.
