I had a great experience and the man who dealt with me was outstanding. He went to great lengths to insure my comfort while I waited and brought me cold water as well. I give the dealership a 10! Whenever I have a question about my Jeep, I stop in and everyone is most helpful and knowledgeable.

Sharon, as I have responded to all your posts on all the other sites you have posted this. I have continually apologized for not checking on your appointment Tuesday. I have also lowered the price of a duplicate Grand Cherokee AND reduced the cost by $1,500 to match the price you had on the vehicle which was had over 7,000 more miles on. Your refusal to be at least acknowledge that we have tried to make this right in insincere. I have tried to call you numerous times and have sent you multiple emails in attempts to make this right. I've been coming here since I purchased my vehicle from them 7 years ago....staff is always courteous and the environment is very pleasant...This is the best car dealership in town.

went to don whites on a referral from a friend put down...

went to don whites on a referral from a friend put down 8500.00 on a 2013 ram mega cab with 74000 miles. was told in writing that the truck had passed don whites guaranteed check list of approval. had it for less then 24 hrs. and found out the truck had a radio software problem as well as a dash cluster panel electrical problem. they have had back in there service dept since day after the 5/28/2020 purchase date . gave me a loaner for 7 days. not fixed yet made me come in as I'm a very sick yet with many health problems and took my loaner away telling me to drive the truck without a radio n a short somewhere in the cluster and they would call wen parts came in. wow treated like crap all over again . if your a Vietnam vet possibly dying from the ao affect don't trust any dealership to care they left me without a descent ride and they knew the truck had these problems before they sold it to me no doubt at all on this because donwhites check list guarantee is 0.
