Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The experience servicing my Grand Cherokee was very positive. The service lounge is well-stocked, but most importantly they got me in and out in a timely manner. All you can ask for. Definitely would recommend Don White's for Jeep & Ram sales and service!

James is always the best. Very knowledgeable. Shows concern for my time and communicates well. Stan is also very helpful even though I’m sure he has a lot more on his plate than just my service.

Sales and Billing were so friendly and welcoming. Myles was very supportive, and helped me make the final decision when I was unsure. - Buying this car was not planned, and the idea of replacing it was very stressful for me on a number of reasons. Don White's helped me from the very first step of the process. Myles was kind and laid back, he never pressured me at all. Told me that I could checkout the inventory online, and get back to him when I was ready to test drive. Earl reached out to me within minutes of me applying to be pre-approved on the website. William (Bill) was there for me on the loan, and explained everything for me. - I don't believe I would have been as supported and treated so kindly if I went anywhere else. I'll be back when I need my next car, and look forward to being a loyal customer. Myles really treats you with respect and that is very important to me.
