I could not say enough positive things about Don Whites

I could not say enough positive things about Don Whites of Timonium! I bought my car back in December and come April it was time for my first oil change. They were incredibly helpful from the start and made sure i would have my car done before work. I dropped my car off before they were even open around 7am and everyone at the service center was kind and welcoming! My car was done before 7:45 and they even took it through the car wash. I could not be happy with the service from Don Whites. They truly put there customers first in every situation! A huge thank you to everyone at Don Whites for helping me out and for getting my car done in such a quick amount of time! I will continue to recommend Don Whites to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

The whole entire experience was amazing. The service rep went out of his way to go the extra mile and everyone there was incredibly pleasant. You all are a breath of fresh air compared to the Westminster Jeep location! I will return even if it's not exactly close to home! Thanks again for everything!

Staff took time to explain the details of my financing

Staff took time to explain the details of my financing situation to me. I was not in an ideal situation and they were pretty patient with me and wanted to help. Left with a car that I am quite happy with. Definitely will return for service on my car.

Jess took excellent care of me.

Jess took excellent care of me. The manager ensured the expensive repair was covered under a warranty. The shuttle driver was courteous and efficient. I also enjoyed the free soda and snack:)
