My car had an ongoing issue that lasted almost 2 years...

My car had an ongoing issue that lasted almost 2 years and AutoNation Honda Sanford helped me to finally resolve my issue over that stretch of time. I dealt with many people along the way to finally get my problem resolved and everyone was extremely nice to deal with. The one person I will give a special recognition to is the Service Advisor Bob Garcia. He went above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved and I couldn't have done it without his help and persistence to get the issue fixed. He provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process and I would recommend working with Bob to anyone who services their car at this Dealership. Bob is a great example of what a Service Advisor and employee in the service department should be. He is professional, courteous, and has great customer service skills. Thanks again Bob for all of your help!

I had an appointment with Sam Baradhi for 10:30AM last...

I had an appointment with Sam Baradhi for 10:30AM last Saturday, by early afternoon the same day; I had my brand new 2013 Honda CR-V. Sam was friendly, and most importantly--non-threatening. He was clearly knowledgeable of his product and a pleasant person to talk to. Simply said, I had a good experience. I was prepared, with my price researched and my trade-in value as well. Sam's sales manager participated and we could agree on numbers. I was treated with respect and understood what was happening. The sales manager was Bobby Criddle, he was succinct in his explanation of my options, I enjoyed watching Bobby and Sam work together. The finance man, L. Guevvarra made a usually unpleasant task friendly and understandable. I am an example of a customer having had his expectations exceeded. The Honda CR-V is a great car and exactly what I was looking for.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!

This was by far one of the best buying experiences I've ever had, and I'm not limiting this to just a car purchase. Mark Dowell and Fernanda Sgrigneri went above and beyond to make this experience the best it could be. They were very informative and gave all options available to make it possible to purchase a new car, while keeping everything within my budget restrictions. They stayed until way past closing to make sure my car was ready to go when I left and took the time to go over all the car options to make sure I understood what everything was and how it worked. They also made sure the car was programmed (blue tooth, radio stations, etc...) so it was user ready the second I drove off the lot. I would, and have, highly recommended AutoNation, as well as Mark and Fernanda to everyone I've shown my car too. I couldn't be happier with my new car or with the service I received when purchasing it. Thank you Mark and Fernanda! I look forward to many years of working with you and with Honda.

2013 CRV

I've been coming to this dealer for five years, since when it was a Dodge dealer. In 30 years of cars, (26 with company cars every two years, and 4 of personal, it is by far the best dealer for service and now for new car buying I have ever dealt with.

Great Customer Service

Our sales representative, Sam Baradhi and the Sanford Autonation team were very courteous and customer service oriented. They made us feel very comfortable and were able to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction. There was not any feelings of "pressure" during our visit. They allowed us to test drive and look at our leisure. We would certainly recommend this dealership to others. Please let Sam and the rest of the team know that we really appreciate their help. Excellent no pressure dealership

I just purchased a new Honda Pilot Touring from Mark Dowell and his assistant. Both were extremely professional and friendly. The buying process was the best yet and I have purchased 3 new Toyotas , a Cadillac and a Mazda in the past, but this was stress free and enjoyable (as it should be ). They went out of their way to accommodate me and my daughters and the entire process was glitch free, including the finance-paper work portion of the sale. I felt comfortable with all of the inner workings of the SUV prior to even leaving the dealership thanks to the excellent and thorough hands on demonstration. The showroom is clean, friendly and very attentive by all the staff (not just "your salesman" as it is at some dealers). I would highly recommend Auto Nation Honda in Sanford to anyone interested in a Honda. I live about 60 miles away and it was definitely worth the drive.

Very great experience!

I have never had a better car buying experience! I knew what I wanted by the time I contacted them, and was looking for a better price. Mark Dowell and I went back and forth through email and phone, and within days, my car was here from Miami before he even met me! It was exactly what I wanted, and everyone was super nice. The Customer Relations Manager bent over backward to make sure I was happy... AFTER I had already purchased the vehicle! I'm a skeptic of sales people and hate buying cars, but I really have nothing to say about AutoNation Honda! Thank you!

Best auto purchase ever

Fernanda is a seasoned veteran auto saleswoman. Gus and Lawrence were excellent as well. It was the best auto purchase experience ever.

You cannot go wrong with this dealership

This was the easiest buying experience I have ever had! Fernanda Sgrigneri was the best! Most of the transaction took place over the phone since I lived 150 miles away. She delivered exactly the car I wanted in exactly the time frame that I had to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality Honda. I love my new CR-V!
